Not had to use it yet, but it looks like it was built well in comparison to others at a similar price.

Already used it three times with great success May 04, 2010
The first time I used this jump start was on my motorcycle. I did not ride it for the last two months because of bad weather and the battery got partially discharged. The relay was clicking, but not enough juice to make the starter motor run. The jump start was very easy to use. Red handle on red cable, black handle on black cable, thats it. The motorcycle started in less than a minute.
The second time I used this jump start was on my Pontiac G6. Bought the car used and it seems the battery is slowly failing. The jump starter pack is compact enough to carry in my trunk. The other night, trying to leave from my friend's house, the car would not start. 2 minutes later, the jump start did it again. I guess it is time to buy a new battery, but at least I didn't get stranded.
The third time I did not jump start a vehicle, but only used the jump start as a power supply. I went camping and connected a 12 volt canister vacuum cleaner to one of the two 12V outlets of the jump start to vacuum inside my tent. This is a great feature of this jump start.
