A very thirsty towel, used only 2 to dry an entire car May 26, 2010
By Patrice Bonnefoi Until I used one, I could not understand why there was so much buzz about this towel in the detailing forums.
I got a 10 pack just for good measure, thinking that if they were linting too much, I could always use them in other places around the house. Not only they don't lint, even before the first wash, but they are super absorbent. Actually I have never used a microfiber towel so thick and heavy before. After washing my car as I normally do, it only took two of these towels to dry the entire car. I used a third towel for dusting the inside on the dashboard and it worked wonders, like a true dust magnet.
The product is even better than on the picture as it comes with a satin border and rounded edges. This way I guess there is absolutely no way to scratch the surface.

Simply the best... Feb 24, 2011
By Paul Kiley These are the best microfiber towels I have ever come across (and as a certified car detailing "nut" I've tried more than a few brands). These are incredibly thick and soft, have a nice bound edge, and at about $2.50ea at Amazon's current price are an excellent value given the quality. Pull the tag off, and you're good to go with a great towel for any automotive use.

Exellent after putting in washer/dryer a couple of times Aug 07, 2010
By Annunaki These work very well and fast. They not only absorb water quickly, but they make great clean up towels as well. They are also just the right size to place one in each hand and wipe quickly through the whole car in under 5 minutes, changing towels as needed. I use up a total of about 6 towels on my midsize 4-door sedan.
There are always a few visible water spots which are remedied by gently passing one of these towels, slightly damp, over the general area, making sure that it barely makes contact with the paint (the paint must be kept cool and under a good deal of shade or scratches will occur; paint softens when it's heated by sunlight making it more susceptible to damage; spraying water to cool a paint surface causes micro-fractures, leading to rapid deterioration of the finish; a car's paint should be allowed to cool slowly on its own, under the shade before washing or in about 2 years the damage will reveal itself as a haze).
PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED AND SOLUTION
At first the towels would leave a lot of lint, since my car is new and the paint has a mirror like finish that caused the towels to stick.
So I put them through the washing machine and dryer a couple of times which virtually eliminated the problem. And they also don't stick to the paint anymore, though I should point out that after washing the towels I started using Zip Wax Car Wash which might be the reason why the towels no longer stick.
Also, I noticed these towels have a really annoying factory label sewn into them. I wasn't sure if they might scratch the car, so I tore them out, gently pulling them from the seams, letting them tear away like paper. To my surprise, the edge stitching remained perfectly intact.
WORD OF CAUTION
Make sure to set the dryer to a temperature that keeps the towels slightly warm to the touch. Excessive heat will harden the fibers which could possibly scratch the car's finish! For what it's worth, I set my dryer to medium heat for 30 minutes.

Soft scratch-free towels with a bit of a linting problem Jul 02, 2011
By G. R. Rosenfeldt These Eurow microfiber towels are very plush and appear to be constructed fairly well. I have used them on the finish of my brand new Toyota Tundra and they did not scratch.
But, I have two minor issues with these towels that prevented a five star rating:
1. Lint. Despite the product description these towels do leave behind lint. They don't shed like a German Shepard but they do leave some lint. It should be noted that I washed them before first use.
2. Manufacture tags. The product tags are sewn into the satin edge of each towel. I had to cut the tag off of each towel before I used them on a surface prone to scratching. I would like for them to do what Cobra does with their micro fiber towels and affix the tags with an easily removable adhesive backing.

Great as mops! Jun 21, 2011
By Jen D. I bought these to replace the disposable mop cloths for my Swiffer Duster/Mop and they do the trick. I use a spray bottle filled with a water and vinegar mix, mist the floor and mop it up with these things. The don't leave any lint and mop AND dry almost instantly. Love the fact that they are machine washable to boot.
